MOS-SLC-1020 is a natural rubber latex concentrate achieved through centrifugation and stabilized with cationic charges, as opposed to the usual anionic charges found on its rubber particles. This cationic-stabilized latex was specially developed in an acidic environment from anionic-charged natural rubber latex concentrate.
Since it carries a positive charge, this latex is ideal for blending with a wide range of cationic materials such as bitumen emulsions, commonly used for surface dressing in road construction. The addition of latex to these bitumen dressings has been shown to significantly enhance the durability and performance quality of the roads.
